Everything you need to know about using your Cherry Club membership — from availing a deal to upgrading your plan.
Always bring your physical Cherry Club membership card when visiting a partner hotel or restaurant. This card confirms your membership and is required for verification.
Browse the list of available deals on our website under the "Join / Deals" section. Visit any of the listed partner hotels or restaurants.
Inform the hotel or restaurant staff that you are a Cherry Club member and you would like to avail a deal. Present your membership card when asked.
The hotel or restaurant staff will log into their Cherry Club Partner Portal and mark your visit by entering your member ID. This records your availed deal digitally.
Once the hotel verifies your membership and marks the deal as availed, you can enjoy the benefits. You can view your availed deals in your Member Dashboard under "My Deals".
Log into your Member Dashboard anytime to see how many times you've availed deals and how many claims remain within your membership plan limits.
Important: Each deal has a maximum claim limit based on your membership plan. Once all claims are used, you will need to upgrade or renew your plan to continue availing benefits. The hotel or restaurant will not be able to mark further claims once your limit is reached.
Go to dealsclub.in/join to browse all available membership plans and the exclusive deals offered under each plan.
Click the "Join Cherry Club" button and fill in the registration form with your name, mobile number, email address, and choose a secure password. You will be assigned a unique Member ID automatically.
After registering, you will be taken to the plans page. Select the membership plan that best suits your needs. Each plan has a different price, duration, and deal limit.
Pay for your selected plan securely online using Razorpay — supports UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. Your membership activates immediately upon successful payment.
Once payment is confirmed, log in to your Member Dashboard at member login to view your deals, track usage, and manage your account.
Your plan is active (not expired) OR you have used less than 75% of your deal limit. You pay only the price difference between plans — an instant upgrade!
Your plan is expired AND you have used 75% or more of your deal limit. You pay the full plan fee and the new plan activates as soon as your current plan expires.
Upgrades are only allowed to plans with a higher fee than your current plan. You cannot downgrade to a lower value plan.
Visit Member Login and sign in with your credentials.
On your dashboard, click the Membership Details tab. Scroll down to the "Available Upgrades" section.
You'll see a grid of plans with a fee higher than your current one. The amount shown will be the difference amount (if eligible) or the full plan price.
Click the Upgrade Plan button on your chosen plan. A secure Razorpay payment window will open. Complete the payment.
If eligible, your plan is upgraded immediately. If queued, it will automatically activate when your current plan expires — no action needed from you.
Renewal alerts: You will receive a notification inside your dashboard and optionally by email when your membership is approaching its expiry date, so you can renew well in advance.
Visit the member login page and sign in with your Member ID and password.
Go to the "Membership Details" tab. Your current plan's expiry date is shown. If it is expiring soon, a renewal notice will be displayed prominently.
A dedicated renewal button is displayed on the Membership Details tab when your plan is close to or has already expired. Click it to proceed.
Choose your renewal plan (same or upgraded) and pay securely through Razorpay. Your membership will be renewed and the new expiry date updated immediately.
